I was able to get a copy of Delphi 6 Enterprise and I am trying to get the source code for 5.13 to compile. I am using the source 5.13B version which should work, bit I keep getting the error reported here by Super Dave:

So I am not sure what to due. Here's what I have done. I grab the full 5.11 source. Overlayed the standard 5.13 and then overlayed 5.13b on topof that. Went to Dlphi and opened the DLL project (which is in the same directory as the source) and tried to compile. Then I get the error.
