Then you should ask...
The team seems to travelling actually on two tracks (foxit/Debenu) - so it's not too easy to get in contact.
Try debenu- and foxit-contact adresses.
If you do not succeed you can try to call the two Debenu founders Rowan Hannah and Karl de Abrew directly via email. You'll find it via Google... LinkedIn...

I have raised an issue with technical support (which was included as part of my renewal) but apart from the automated responses I seem to get nothing.

Anyone else have experience here?
