SetFormFieldRotation since version 13 has a strange behavior. Compiling the code below with version 13, 14 or 15, the rotated field is displayed incorrectly (in version 12 this problem was not present).

The problem exists with Acrobat Reader DC and with other versions of Adobe, but not with FoxIt Reader
