Does anyone have experience with creating annotations/drawing markups using QuickPdf?

I am trying to figure out how to read/create annotation using the library.

I am interested in being able to read sticky notes, cloud markups and arrows from one pdf file and recreating them in a different file.

So far I have had partial success in reading/creating sticky notes using AddNoteAnnotation but I cannot figure out how to deal with drawing markup annotations such as arrows, clouds.

I am targeting in my application the types of annotations one would be able to create using Acrobat Reader XI for example.
