Yes, I read the sample and follow it. I checked the form and PDFViewer in design view of the sample object after reading your post to find out what I missed. When the sample project run, the  vertical scroll bar in on the edge of the screen that I didn't seen. It made me think it only displayed on single page and need to using the button to switch to next page.
