I am using this in .Net, creating a Bitmap, Graphics object and passing the DC for this to DARenderPageToDC, which all works fine.

To determine the size of the Bitmap to create, I was using DAGetPageWidth & DAGetPageHeight.  However in some situations, this was resulting in the page being rendered to just part of this image leaving a thick black border on the bottom and right hand edges.

After investigation, I have discovered that this is because one of the various other measurements CropBox, BleedBox, ArtBox, ... is being used for rendering the page and that for some images these are smaller than the actual page size.

I am assuming that it is the CropBox, but am looking for confirmation, so if anyone knows for certain?
