jking,

Is QP.UnlockKey returning 1 ?  Is QP.LibraryLoaded returning 1 also - I suspect so if UnlockKey is returning 999.

Which Development environment are you using ?  
Are you using the DLL or ActiveX version of the Debenu Quick PDF Library ?

Are you licensed to use version 11 ?  If so you need to send you key and details to support@debenu.com and they can work out what is going on.

Just upgraded from 9 to 11.12. An app I'm working on throws error 999 when I try to use LoadFromFile or LoadFromString. According to the docs, this means the library is not unlocked.
