I overlooked the error message when registering the DLL library.
That issue is solved and now the pdflibrary is properly loaded.

I have downloaded and installed debenu quick pdf libray Lite (FREE)
and I code in C# using DLL method.
 
sample:  qp=new PDFLibrary();
             when testing qp.Libraryloaded() I get "not loaded"
