Hi!

To compare two documents regarding the layout
i would use GetContentStreamToString and in the
end i would compare these two strings.

To compare two documents regarding the textcontent
i would use GetPageText putting the content into
strings and in the end i would compare these two strings.

I don't know if this is BEST practice but it works.
Hope i could give you some ideas ;-)

Hi,
 
Would it be possible to advice me a best practise to compare 2 pdf files which is of similar format, but has slight differences (ex: number, lines, alligment, spcial charactors etc).
 
if there is a code which will do this work for me would really be appriciated. Also please let me know the different technologies which will do this work, i know couple of softwares, but those softwares am not suppose to install into my system. Please help me out!
