Author: skotekar
Subject: 2444
Posted: 02 Nov 12 at 8:18PM

Hi,

I have a PDF file with XFA forms. It does not have corresponding AcroForm (as FormFieldCount function returns 0). I am using Quick PDF library v9.11 the DLL format.

I am trying to change the border color of the XFA Form Field using following function in a loop

_qpLib.SetXFAFormFieldBorderColor(name, 1, 0, 0);
_qpLib.SetXFAFormFieldBorderWidth(name, 2);
_qpLib.SetXFAFormFieldBorderPresence(name, 1);

and then finally I call

_qpLib.SaveToFile()

However the appearance of these form fields remain unchanged.

Wham am I doing wrong? Or is it that one cannot change the appearance of XFA form field? If so, is there any way we can get the position of these XFA form field so that we can draw a red rectangle around them to highlight it? or any way we can convert the XFA forms to AcroForm using Quick PDF Library?

THanks
Shreedhar
