I've tested the fix with the 9.11 version and it runs correctly.

bart_bender,

I have found the reason behind the Access Violation and I have added a fix to the latest code base which is QPL 9.11.  

Also, it looks like your fogbugz case has been assigned to the Benubird support queue which I don't have access to but I will get it transferred to the appropriate Quick PDF Library queue.

Wheeley is correct.  The only way to fix access violations is to create a support ticket and send us the problem file along with a quick description of the problem and a small section of code if relevant.

This type of problem can only be debugged properly with full source code.  Hopefully we can find the problem and add the fix to the next release of QPL.

You need to create a support ticket on the official support type here:

After you get the ticket number in an e-mail then you can go back and add the file to the ticket.

Hello,
I'm trying to extract the text from a pdf document.

If i invoke the GetPageText method with the ExtractOptions param with 0 value, the method runs correctly, but if i put the 7 value to the param,  the application throw an exception.

System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This often indicates that other memory is corrupt.
in QuickPDFDLL0816.DLL.DelegateWII.Invoke(Int32 P1, Int32 P2)


How can i to upload the test file for review?
