Saj,

Currently all fonts are converted to outlines during the printing process.  Sending of font outlines is currently on the Debenu Quick PDF Library TODO list but there is currently no ETA.

Appear to be having a similar issue with version 11.13 when printing. Font information is not included in the EMF data generated for the print spooler. Adobe Reader includes font information when sending print job. This fix will be added to the next 8.16 beta.

Note : The customer sent the PDF to the official QPL support team and we were able to reproduce and fix the problem so that the barcode is now rendering correctly.

ALSO : Any replies to this question that attempt promote a 3rd party barcode libraries for self promotion and free advertising will be deleted as it does not help answer this question.

Hi,

I have made a small C# application that prints PDF's using the QuickPDF Library. The PDF has a barcode but the font is not embedded. Adobe reader displays the barcode correctly but Quick PDF doesn't appear to use the font in my font's directory. How do I tell quick PDF to use my barcode font?
