   This function is taken (verbatim) from the code in PDF reDirect Professional (www.exp-systems.com). It allows you to place text in the header or footer area of the page, or as a watermark over the entire page (center+stretch+rotated). You can even specify a web link so that the text added can be clicked.

   This code assumes that you have already opened the PDF using the QuickPDF library.
