Hi!

In my app there's a preview functionality and it's working fine with your pdf.
I think the problem is anywhere here inside:
tempPath & "\pmia_" & Trim(str(i)) & ".jpg"
Remove it and try a "normal" name for test first.

Hi,

Security staus of this document is set on 'no security'. The value of 'succ' is '1'.

PDF was generated by Konica Minolta bizhut. I have uploaded it on:

I also noticed, that the 'Fast web view' in this doc. is set on 'No'.

I would be gratefull for any help.

So this one is encrypted and/or protected by a user password?
Or it's a protected ebook?
Check what's in "succ"... is it "1"? Then it should be okay.
To avoid encryption insert this code after LoadFromFile:
// . . .
   If ( QP.EncryptionStatus > 0 ) Then
      QP.Decrypt;
// . . .

Hello,

I have a problem with Converting pdf created by Konica bizhub.

My code looks like that:

Set QP = CreateObject("QuickPDFAX0723.PDFLibrary")
 i = QP.SetGDIPlusFileName("c:\windows\System32\gdiplus.dll")

             succ = QP.LoadFromFile(inFilePath)

 stat = QP.RenderPageToFile(100, i, 1, tempPath & "\pmia_" & Trim(str(i)) & ".jpg")
               
all functions return value 1, but the jpg is blank - white. (Code works fine with other pdf documents.)

Could anyone had the same problem and can help?
