...about formfields at:
http://www.quickpdflibrary.com/help/quickpdf/FormFields.php

...and GetFormFieldBound shoud be your choice:
http://www.quickpdflibrary.com/help/quickpdf/GetFormFieldBound.php

How do you get the coordinates of a form field?
 
I see how to SetFormFieldBounds but I need to get the coordinates of
a pre-existing form field.
