You need to adject the DPI accordingly.
DPI 72 is default you can say 100%
Now according to ratio of Page Height and width with DC height width multiply or divide the DPI.

Also you can use SetRenderScale

Hello,
 
When rendering a page using RenderPageToDC I would like to resize this page to fit fully to HDC.
 
I tried:
SetPageDimensions
SetPageBox
PrintOptions
 
but it didnt help.
