Hi Adam!

If you're printing to prn... why not trying to print via FreePDF or PDFCreator and keep Acro out?
Perhaps it's a time problem in your chain? Acro still has a handle on the new pdf and MergeFilelIst can't get it in a correct way?

MergeFileList only sometimes works correctly.

I printed some files to PRN from my webbrowser and then converted to PDF using a standard configuration on Acrobat Distiller

MergeFileList then produces an output file that cannot be read. 

Anyone come across this and have any solutions?

Acrobat can combine them but I can't automate with acrobat.

I'm using acrobat pro 9 and can email a zip of the PDF's (about 500kb)
